Delivery & Returns
We are happy to accept returns but before seeking to return any item please allow us
the opportunity to redress any complaint you might have. Please email us before returning
any item so we can provide you with a returns reference. We will pay the return shipping costs
if the goods are not as advertised or if they have been damaged in transit, if the return is
due to a change of mind on the buyers part, the return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility.
Personalised items or items that have been specially created cannot be returned.
